Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.


Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

  • Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • Disable user accounts.
  • Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

At Push Fitness, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Our goal is to provide a fair and consistent cancellation policy that respects both our clients' time and our trainers' schedules.


Class Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time to avoid any charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class will result in no refund for the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the class will incur a $5 cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will automatically be charged the full session fee.

Personal Training Session Cancellations:

Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency that prevents you from attending your session, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review situations on a case-by-case basis.


How to Cancel:
Cancellations can be made by texting Lyndsey at 901-359-0146 or Laura at 870-219-6446, by phone, or by contacting your trainer directly. 


Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time to ensure that other clients are not inconvenienced. Full session fees will apply.

By booking a session or class, you agree to our cancellation policy. This policy allows us to maintain the highest level of service and availability for all of our clients.
